Stand Up Paddle Boarding or SUP is an awesome family activity, especially with our top of the range family friendly SUP Boards on the sheltered waters of Castlewellan Lake… this is a must-try for adventurers of all ages and abilities.
From a warm welcome to warm showers and everything in between, they have you covered… from meeting their Team at their Lakeside Centre, to receiving all the kit that you’ll need, including SUP Boards, Wetsuits, Buoyancy Aids, Paddles & accessories and full use of our centre facilities including changing/showering.
So, whether you simply want to stay and play in the Castle Bay or go with the flow and take on the Lake Trail, you’re guaranteed an awesome time…

Whats Included:
Self-Guided – you’ll be supplied with an easily followed route map including route description and key local tips!
Board – powered by the awesome SANDBANK STYLE SUP Boards.
Leash – must be worn by the paddler at all times.
Buoyancy Aid – must be worn by the paddler at all times.
Paddle – almost essential!
Wetsuit – strongly recommended at all times of the year.
Accessories pack – they supply a first aid kit.
Centre facilities – including changing and showering.
Support number – available 9am-5pm for telephone assistance.
Damage Waiver – accidents happen! So they’ve protected you against accidental damage to the Bike with their Waiver Scheme.
