1. How do I book my Family Adventure?

When you’re ready to make a booking, call the Reservations Department on 01565 656 643† with the following information:

• Your unique booking code - this can be found on your covering letter
• Three venues and three preferred dates you wish to enjoy your Family Adventure
• Bookings are accepted between 1-28 days in advance of your Family Adventure. Same day bookings cannot be accepted. (English Heritage Membership Cards will be sent via post and can take up to 14 working days to arrive.)

2. How long do I have to use the Family Adventure gift?

The date you need to book and attend your Family Adventure by will be found on your covering letter.

3. Can I book more than one Family Adventure?

No. You can only book one free Family Adventure from the selection of venues featured in the brochure and on this website.

4. Can I change my mind after I have made a booking?

Once you have booked your Family Adventure, we cannot make any changes to your booking. If you choose to cancel your booking your Unique Booking Code will become void and no monies will be refunded.

5. Can I choose whichever Adventure I like?

Yes, the choice is completely yours, providing the Family Adventure is featured in the promotion. Subject to availability and venue terms and conditions, which may include age, health, weight, height, fitness and ability restrictions. Featured venues are subject to change.

6. What does my voucher entitle me too?

This offer entitles you to enjoy a Family Adventure at a participating venue, based on a maximum family of 4; 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children. Should your requirements differ from this standard offering, please notify our Reservations Department at time of booking.

7. I've received a brochure containing a list of Adventures - are there more adventures available?

Yes, the brochure only features a small selection of participating Adventure venues available. The venues detailed on this website are the full selection currently available. However, it is always beneficial to keep checking our site, as we are constantly adding new venues. Featured venues in the brochure are subject to change.
